I've been checking apartment therapy lately to get inspiration for decorating our apartment and ideas for dividing up small spaces, etc., but this apartment makes ours seem like a mansion! An article in the Seattle Times takes a look at Steve Sauer's 182-square foot apartment! It's both tiny and efficient!
He lives in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle, and spent seven years constructing the space. He works as an interiors engineer for Boeing [no surprise there] and says the space can hold up to 10 people when he hosts parties.
The apartment has two beds, a full kitchen, seating area with a TV, storage for two bikes, a bathroom with a shower, and a soaking tub in the hallway!
Landon loved the idea of living in a small space like this, but i'm not sure i could sacrifice that much square footage! Kudos to Steve!
