| Just a photo of where I used to live. |
There are days when I feel 100% uninspired.
There are days when I look at other blogs and think,
mine isn't good enough.
There are days when I look at our bank account and think,
not good enough.
There are days when I don't even want to touch look at my computer because my design skills,
aren't good enough.
And there are times when I think I'll never be
good enough.
And then, in the same day, I look around our house. Our house is small, but
we have what we need.
And then I watch Landon walk in the door,
feeling energized from coaching and learning and teaching. And I realize that
what we have, and why we’re here, and the things that we’ve learned and are
learning make this all
more
than enough.
Some days are wonderful, warm days where I feel inspired, loved and full of hope and possibility. But other days are those is-this-good-enough? days where I'm not sure about anything. On those days, worries about the future and worries about our bank account and worries about everything from this blog to what's for dinner creep in. But when I finally do decide what's for dinner, and I grab that first pretty plate from the cupboard, I remember, once again,
We have what we need.
We have more than we need.
And it's all good enough.
xoxo.

Mmmm KB this is such a beautiful reminder. I'm sitting on my balcony in flex adjacent to where you used to live wishing I could peek my head over and see your face. Love and miss you my wise beautiful friend. You are more than good enough :)

I always find it amazing at how little we have, but the realization of how little we actually need.
Thank you for sharing this insight :)
