rub-a-dub-dub.

late post tonight after a busy, busy day! i met my mom in woodburn for some shopping (woo! great deals!) and then headed up to portland to check out houses my sister is looking into buying! more on those tomorrow. in the meantime, i'm staying up late tonight to make my first pork roast! landon is having a few co-workers over for lunch tomorrow and i'm serving barbecue pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans and oven fries, yum! the roast goes into the crockpot at 11pm and will cook all night. i used a spice rub mixture [pictured above] from cook's illustrated of chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, oregano, paprika, salt, sugar and white pepper. here's to hoping it all goes smoothly!

HEY!!! I LOVE following blogs..... so consider me a follower of yours! There's something so impersonal about reading about other people's lives online, but on the other hand, it keeps me updated on what's going on in your life! My blog is www.LittleLemonSqueeze.blogspot.com! (just recently started it!)

Glad to know that my nephew's eating good... ;0) I wouldn't mind some of that pulled pork, myself. The spices look great.
