congrats to my dear sister who, as of today, will soon be a home owner! her offer was accepted on a cutie cute house in the south tabor neighborhood.

not this house, no, that's the gorgeous farmhouse from marley and me [via hooked on houses]. and no, that's not marley. that's the real homeowner's dog.
