food for a dollar.

check out this great photography by jonathan blaustein on the new york times' website. he set out to find what sort of foods he could buy with a dollar, and then photographed them with similar techniques used in conventional food photography. especially intriguing is what a double cheeseburger really looks like as compared to mcdonalds' ads.

It's nearly impossible to find fresh food around here that is cheap.

I am new to your blog and following you. I would love if you stopped by my blog and followed me.

Blessings,
Maggie
