we had the best weekend in bend. like i told you friday, we were able to stay with friends which was both cozy and convenient. landon was at a conference most of the weekend, but here's how i spent those glorious 48 hours...
breakfast and a latte at jackson's corner. i spent three hours there, relaxing, reading, doing some work for cookingthyme, etc.
the exterior of jackson's corner...
i spent saturday afternoon walking around downtown bend, perusing the shops...
we loved these townhomes in the old mill district. nevermind that they're a few hundred thousand dollars over our housing budget...
i walked around a park near downtown this afternoon. even though it was drizzling, i enjoyed myself a little stroll...
and finally, i decided that the whole club should be looking at me, because i have the boots with the fur. just a thought [thanks flo-rida].
it was a great weekend.
xoxo.

What a lovely weekend, Katie. Bend seems be such a quaint place. And I love those stars in the top picture. Totally cool.
Just stumbled onto your blog through a friend of a friend! Pretty sure your blog is adorable, and pretty sure I laughed out loud with your flo-rida reference.
P.S. I think I went to school with your husband? Wayyyy back in the day at DCS! Small world!
LOVE the wicker star garland, that is gorgeous! And LOL about your boots ;) I showed that to my sister and she was highly amused (and is very into the club scene).
