Today marks 35 years that my parents have been married. Mom and Dad, thanks for always being a picture of a healthy, honest and loving marriage. I love thinking about all the things you guys have accomplished together, like flipping nasty houses into really cute ones, for example, or speaking fake sign language that I thought was real until last year. You're the best, and I hope you have at least 35 more years together [at which point you'll be in your nineties and probably still rototilling together].
Sidenote: I could look at these pictures all day long. I've tried to convince my mom that she should bring this hair style back, but she has yet to agree. And no, there's not a speck of hair dye there. That's all natural strawberry goodness [can you tell I've always been a little jealous?]

This is such a sweet post and Happy Anniversary to them!!! My parents recently celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary and I just love hearing about others who are together and happy because I truly believe it can work, as it has for our parents! Your mother does have beautiful hair, like Anna said...so, so pretty!
