tonight.

Landon is away tonight for a cross country meet, so I of course am using this opportunity to watch Anne of Avonlea (I gotta follow up on last weekend, right?) and work on CookingThyme (did I tell you I love this business? Oh that's right, I did). I hope your week is wrapping up nicely.

xoxo.

P.S. Is Anne Shirley not dreamy with her updo, straw hat and bicycle in the sequel?

Tee hee! I just adore this post. I have all three Avonlea DVD's and have read most of the books. I grew up playing dress up as Anne and Diana, and am still happily waiting for my Gilbert to come along. And I cry every single time I watch Matthew's last scene. I just love those stories. I love the simplicity and perfection of the time, I love the clothes, and I want to go back to that time in Avonlea and just be in it for awhile. I think I belong there. :)Enjoy! Here's to "kindred spirits" :)
