sometimes i need a reminder...

...that God hears me.

I'm not really making resolutions this year, but I do have a strong conviction to be praying more for those around me. I read through Micah last night and this verse struck me. Micah speaks to the people about the ways that they've strayed and become an unjust, greedy people, which sounds a lot like our culture today. It's good to know that even though sin is all around us, we have something to put our hope in. When we can't handle a situation, God can. And best of all, He hears us.
